2009 Year of Reading Dangerously Final Update

My Year of reading Dangerously Challenge is officaly Completed. It has been for a little while but I have not had a chance to go through and update everything. Well I looked today and I am all done with this challenge. YAY I feel like at least I did a little something correctly.Here is the final taly for My Year.

The Challenge: To participate, simply read 12 books you deem “dangerous.” between January 1st and December 31st 2009. They may be banned or challenged books, new-to-you genres, books that seem to inhabit a permanent space on your stacks, or authors you’re afraid of.

1) Good Grief by Lolly Winston- new author, and a book that just seems to be tough for me to get to. Completed 1/20/2009

2) Serpent Prince by Elizabeth Hoyt-Last in a series I haven't been able to finnish. Completed 2/16/2009

3) The Hanmaidens Necklace by Kat Martin - Another Series book of a series I have loved. Completed 2/26/2009

4) Hearts and Bones by Margaret Lawrence -Has been on my TBR a long time and over looked. Completed 4/19/2009

5) Quiksilver by Neal Stephenson-A friend wants me to read it. I am unsure. That's why it's Dangerous. Completed 7/19/2009

6) The Masque of the Black Tulip- Second book of a Highly addictive Series.. very Dangerous Completed 5/3/2009

7) True Stories of Law and Order- Could dangerously threaten to get me back into True Crime genre big time. Completed 3/27/2009

8) The Boleyn Inhertiance- Phillipa Gregory..nuff said. Completed 3/11/2009

9) A Dangerous Dress by Julia Holden dangerous in the title thought it would be fun to add.Completed 3/15/2009

10) Nectar from a stone by Jill Guill this book is set in one of my fav times (could put me on a kick) and it's a new author to me. Completed 8/8/09

11) Blue Bloods by Melissa De La Cruz another YA series that will threaten to get me hooked just like Twilight did. Completed 5/24/2009

12) Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris A new Dangerous Vampire Series. Completed 8/20/09
